The massive 4,365-acre Highveld Ranch is a newly-renovated hunter's playground, according to a listing from agent Ken Hoerster with Texas Ranches for Sale. The word Highveld translates to High Savanna, according to the listing.

The ranch features 25 blinds and 20 feeding stations on site. There is an abundance of "whitetail, exotic, and turkey populations" on the property as well. Five additional deer species — axis, fallow, sika, red, and barasingha — and two sheep species call the ranch home. Blue wildebeest, scimitar oryx, blackbucks, and wild hogs also can be seen on the property. In the 2021-22 hunting season, 22 bucks and 22 doe were harvested, according to the listing.

Highveld Ranch also has a 1,650-square-foot, three bedroom and two bathroom, manager's house. There is a metal barn, a game processing facility, and a deluxe rifle range. And the property has high-fencing with fields of rolling grass and live oak savannas and six water wells with 20 water points throughout the ranch.
